Support
All support runs through our Discord ticket system, so there's always a record and the right team always sees it. Pick the ticket that fits and staff will respond as soon as they're available.
Pick the Right Ticket
In Discord, head to the support channel and choose one of these from the ticket menu:
Player Report
Someone breaking the rules? Report them privately with evidence. Reports are only visible to you and the staff handling them — never to the reported player.
General Question / Support
Anything that doesn't fit the other categories — account issues, whitelist questions, appeals, or just something you're not sure about.
Bug Report
Something broken on the server? Tell us what happened, where, and how to reproduce it. Screenshots and clips help enormously.
Donation Support
Questions about donations or perks, missing rewards, or payment issues. Include your transaction details (never post them publicly).
Application Queries
Questions about a pending application? Your ticket channel in Discord is the fastest place to ask — the reviewers handling your application can see it directly.
You can also check the live status of every application you've made on your dashboard, including denial reasons and reapply cooldowns.
Who You're Talking To
Tickets are handled by our staff team — the same people who review applications and moderate the server. Meet them on the staff team page.
Please don't DM staff members directly about server issues; tickets keep everything fair, recorded, and visible to the whole team.
